Terms of Service (DO NOT SKIP)
Do not use my art for any NFT / blockchain / AI activities.
Local (IDR) commission is unavailable at the moment, but I might open it on special cases. Please ask me first.
I have the right to decline your request if I can't do it.
By default, the commission is for personal use. Please see below for other licenses.
I have the right to post watermarked and low-res commissioned art for my portfolio. Please inform me if you want it to be private.
Do not claim that you made the art. Please give credit when it's due.
An extra fee may be charged for props and complex requests.
A complex design will most likely be simplified. Please tell me any details that shouldn't be omitted.
I offer major revisions during the sketch and lineart stage.
Max amount of characters per order: four.
TAT: 5-30 business days (Mon - Fri), depending on the complexity of your request, starting from the day I work on your request.
Payment should be done fully after the sketch is approved. I will automatically offer partial payment for orders above $70.
You can ask for partial payment even if your order is below $70, but please inform me before I start working on your request.
Method of payments: PayPal invoice (partial/full payment) or Ko-Fi (full payment only).
I'm not accepting requests for a refund if the art is already finished.

Worfklow
1. Order placed
The client places an order, and I will decide whether I approve the order or not.
2. Sketching process
After I approve the order, I will start on the sketch.
3. Revision #1 (major)
The sketch is sent back to the client. Revisions will be made accordingly until the sketch is good to go.
4. Payment
The invoice will be sent to the client after the sketch is approved. I will only continue working on the order after the payment has been made.
5. Lineart and base color process
I continue to the lineart and base color process.
6. Revision #2 (major)
The lineart and base color is sent back to the client. Revisions will be made accordingly until the lineart is good to go. This is the last chance to ask for major revisions.
7. Coloring process
I continue the coloring process.
8. Revision #3 (minor)
The finished piece is sent back to the client. The only revision allowed in this stage is for color adjustment.
9. Payment #2
The client finishes paying the invoice (if the invoice is a partial one).
10. Delivery
I will send all files to the email after everything is complete.
Slot System
Instead of the usual slot per person, now each type of commission has its own weight depending on the complexity of the request. I want to limit the amount of work I take on each batch to ensure my work goes smoothly. This is just to determine when I should close the batch. At the moment, I limit my workload to 8-12 slots per batch.

FAQ
Can I cancel my slot? Yes, as long as I haven't started working on your order.
Can I ask for a refund if the art is not finished yet? On an occasion where I can't complete your order, yes you can. I'll ask you whether you want to wait or receive a refund.
What if I'm just starting to build my platform, or if my platform is not monetized? You can commission for personal use.
What if I initially commissioned the art for personal use but want to upgrade to other licenses? You can pay the extra later.
Full payment upfront seems a bit hard for big orders... can I do 50/50? Sure! I automatically offer partial payment for orders above $70, but if you want to do 50/50 even if your order is below $70, that's alright. Just ask me BEFORE I start working on your request.
Can I use the art for NFT? No, not even with commercial use. Don't even think of commissioning me if you plan to use the art for NFT.
What counts as a minor revision? Changing small bits of the art. For instance: changing color, changing line weight, adding small detail, etc.
What counts as a major revision? Redoing some or a whole part of the art. For instance: changing pose, expression, outfit, background, etc. Please state any concerns you have during the sketch and lineart stage, as I will no longer do major revisions once the art is shaded.
Can you also design me a layout/header/overlay/button, etc? No, design isn't my field of expertise, so I'm afraid I can't give you a satisfying result. However, you can use the art you commissioned from me.
Are there any characters or pairing you are uncomfortable with? Message me first to ask about it, but please no hard feelings if I can't do your request.
I don't have a fixed reference for my character yet. What should I do? I draw based on examples and reference you gave me. Reference in the form of text is allowed as long as you incorporate some visual cues to the reference points. I don't do custom design requests; a text-only reference will be declined.
Do you accept payment from other methods not mentioned in the ToS? I can only accept payment from PayPal and Ko-Fi, though I plan to try Wise someday.
How about local rate and payment? I'm not available for local commission at the moment, but I might open it on special cases. Please follow my social media to see my updates. I use Mandiri and Jenius as my methods of payment, but I will switch to QRIS someday.
